My journey with social services isn’t just professional - it’s personal. As someone who had early intervention in childhood, I’ve lived the impact of compassionate professionals. With 12+ years in social services - 10 at senior levels - I’ve grown from brokering officer to service manager across multiple authorities.

I’ve led teams, built strategies, saved over £1 million in public funds, and helped shape local models to meet real needs. When I moved into business development, I helped providers not only win frameworks but also create safer, more effective services.

I founded DSSH Consultancy because I believe empathy and compassion drive change. I know this sector inside out, but I also care, deeply. I won’t stop until services improve and the most vulnerable thrive.
